how do I take care of my jewelry?

-store it safely
-don’t throw it in a random bag (we know you want to)
-don’t spray it with all your random products

can I change or cancel my order?

if you catch us fast, yes.

once it’s processed or shipped, it’s out of our hands (literally).

how long does shipping take?

we process most ready to ship orders in 5-14 business days, then shipping time depends on where you are.

made to order items from our jewelry selection are the exception. Each listing explicitly states that processing and shipping times are 3-6 weeks. we do not currently possess the woman power to respond to inquiries or cancellation requests before this duration has passed. 

basically:

-we move as fast as we can (unless otherwise noted on the product for preorders and such)
-the mail does what it wants

you’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships so you can obsessively check it like the rest of us.
