if you catch us fast, yes.

once it’s processed or shipped, it’s out of our hands (literally).

how long does shipping take?

we process most orders in a few business days, then shipping time depends on where you are.

basically:

-we move fast (unless otherwise noted on the product for preorders and such)
-the mail does what it wants

you’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships so you can obsessively check it like the rest of us.

do you ship internationally?

yes ✨

just know:

-shipping may take longer
-customs can be unpredictable
-the EU is out the question currently because, rules

but we’ll get your chaos to you.

can I return or exchange something?

if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it.

what if my item is damaged?

email us with a photo and we’ll make it right. no stress.

how do I know what size to get?

most of our pieces are:

-slightly oversized
-cozy
-meant to be lived in

if you want:

-true fit → go your normal size
-oversized → size up

when in doubt, size up and commit to the vibe.

how does the charm bar work?

easy:

1. choose your base
2. pick your charms
3. build your piece
   

there’s no wrong way to do it.

just choose what feels like you.

can I add more charms later?

yes—and you probably will.

this is a “build over time” situation.

how many charms should I get?

as many as you want.

minimal girl? keep it simple.
chaotic energy? load it up.

we support both.

how do I take care of my jewelry?

treat it like you like it:

-avoid water when you can
-store it safely
-don’t throw it in a random bag (we know you want to)
-don’t spray it with all your random products

a little care = it lasts longer.
